The company carries out the return and exchange of goods of good quality in accordance with the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
Terms of return and exchange
Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods by the buyer.
Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer.
Return policy for good quality products
You can return or exchange an item if:
the product was not in use and has no traces of use by the consumer: scratches, chips, scuffs, stains, etc.;
the goods are fully completed and the factory packaging is preserved;
all labels and factory markings are preserved;
the product retains its presentation and its consumer properties.
According to the Consumer Rights Protection Law, a company may refuse to exchange or return goods of good quality to a consumer if they fall into the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of good quality that are not subject to return and exchange.
The return process is as follows:
1. The buyer sends the goods by delivery service without cash on delivery and pays for shipping
2. Our service center receives, checks and gives an opinion on the suitability of the goods for return or exchange
3. We send the goods for an exchange or return the money in a way convenient for the buyer
